Support Ministries

Sunday School

The Sunday School Ministry helps to teach valuable lessons from God’s word in a classroom atmosphere. This ministry holds classes every Sunday morning at 10 AM. We offer classes to age groups of 3-6, 7-11, 12-17, 18-30, and 31+.

Youth Ministries

The goal of the Ignited Youth Ministries is to help sustain the spiritual growth of our youth group. Through our outreach, we hope to provide a message of unity to help strengthen and uplift the Youth in our world today. This ministry holds services at least twice a month on a Wednesday night and Sunday night.

Children's Ministries

Our goal for the Children’s Ministry is to bring excitement, engagement, and encouragement to children in our church. In doing this, we hope to train up a generation of children with a strong foundation on God’s Word. This ministry holds one service a month on a Sunday night. - Proverbs 22:6 

Shepherding Ministries

The Shepherding Ministry is designed to follow the example given by Christ, whose life on this earth was spent nurturing and tending to His sheep. We have small groups separated by age with the purpose of encouraging and strengthening one another in our walk with Christ.

Ladies Ministries

The Ladies Ministry is one where women can come together for fellowship and share a part of our lives with other sisters in Christ. Our purpose is to lift up one another and be there for one another, for we are just walking each other home! This ministry meets monthly to stay connected.

Men's Ministries

The purpose of the Men's Ministry is simple: growing in unity with one another as we grow in the Lord! As men of God in the church, we are to be an example to our Youth on how we are to live Godly lives. Our goal is to grow together in the Lord for the ministry of the gospel. This ministry meets monthly to stay connected.

Senior Ambassadors

The purpose for Senior Ambassadors is to provide for the spiritual and material needs of seniors; to enhance their lives; to encourage them to grow in the Lord and press forward in Christ; to continue in the faith, government and discipline of the church; and to serve the Lord with joy and hope in expectation of His glorious promises in the Word of God.

Marriage Enrichment Ministries

As Marriage in our culture is under attack, the Marriage Enrichment Ministry is meant to sustain the God-ordained, holy, and blessed sanctity of Marriage and its life-long commitment. - Matthew 19:6

World Missions

In the World Missions Ministry, we support Zion Assembly Church of God Missionaries all over the world through prayer and fundraising. This ministry is of utmost importance within our local church, and it is especially important for the church all over the world. - Matthew 28:19 

Media Ministries

The Media Ministries department is designed with the purpose of expanding our opportunities of evangelism and outreach through the format of social media. As the spirit of this age attempts to use social media to steer souls away from God, Zion Assembly seeks to take advantage of this great gift to use it for God's glory. - Genesis 50:20

Outreach Ministries

The Outreach Ministries is one of the most important for the church in today’s world. Jesus commanded us to “Go into all the world and preach the Gospel to every creature" (Mark 16:15). This Ministry seeks to fulfill this calling through organized evangelism and the spreading of kindness to our world around us. 

Evangelism Ministries

The purpose for the Evangelism Ministry is to help spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ through Revivals, preaching, events, and personal witness. This ministry focuses on Christ's call to the church, "Preach the Gospel to every creature." With the help of the Lord, we hope to fulfill this Great Call through evangelism.

Drama Ministries

The purpose of the Drama Ministry is to bring together God’s children to work towards a common goal that can be as rewarding and meaningful as it is entertaining. During the Christmas season and Easter season, the local church presents many Drama's for the entertainment and encouragement of the audience. - Matthew 13:34
